How to Play

A 60-second guide to the classic game.

   The board

   It's a 3 × 3 grid of empty cells.

   Take turns

   Player 1 uses X, Player 2 (or the computer) uses O. In AI games, either side can start.

   Tap to place

   On your turn, tap any empty cell to drop your mark there.
4. 4
   Win the round

   Be the first to line up three of your marks horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
5. 5
   Draw

   If all 9 cells fill up with no three-in-a-row, the round is a draw.
